Here is a brief explanitation of services available:

Asset Based Funding:     This is a collaterized loan against existing property.  Property could be Real Estate, Equipment, Portfolios, ... basically anything that can be converted to liquidity quickly.

Sale Lease-Back Programs:     Funding put together based on equipment values and possible combination of Real Estate for additional collateral.  Tax breaks May apply for Leasing. 

Factoring and PO Funding:      Factoring is the simple act of buying invoices that are submitted for delivered goods and services that are; business-to-business, business-to-government, or business-to-insurance.  There exists a Wide Range in Factoring from Hospitals & Diagnostics Clinics to CNC Shops & Trucking.                  

                                                                     PO Funding on the other hand is contract based and rest entirely on the validation of materials needed, scope of process, and expected delivery timeline.  This type of funding is critical when raw materials are needed but lines of credit are stretched.  Investors step in using PO Funding and purchase the materials and keep the process going.

Note Buyouts:     If you have a promisory note that you receive payments on whether it is a Personal Real Estate property (no max), Business Note ($300K max), Portfolio of Auto loans or Trailers Home loans, Lottery, Lease from cell phone towers, or basically any cash flow instrument you want to sell; there are several investment groups willing to make an offer suitable to accept based on time-value-of-money. 

Business Plan and Executive Summary Services:      This is a new service offered to companies who do not have the staff or time to complete a business plan that carefully demonstrates their goals and needs to a potential investment group.  Although there is no guarantee of funding using one of our BP & ES services; you can take the BP & ES to investment groups outside of our sphere of influence.  There are potentially new investment groups created everyday.
